2 lbs chicken wings

1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
Preheat your oven to 375°F. Set aside a baking sheet and place a wire rack on top.
In a bowl, mix together the flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Combine the egg and water in a separate bowl and whisk until well blended.
