3 Nuggets of Wisdom from the best Teacher of my Life #BlogchatterBlogHop

Nuggets of wisdom are phrases or statements that convey a general truth or principle about life, often based on experience or knowledge. They can offer guidance, inspiration, or comfort, and they can be related to various aspects of life such as love, happiness, success, and more. Here are a few examples of nuggets of wisdom:

“Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it.” – Charles R. Swindoll

“Happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own actions.” – Dalai Lama

“The only way to do great work is to love what you do.” – Steve Jobs

“The best way to predict your future is to create it.” – Abraham Lincoln

“The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.” – Nelson Mandela

“Happiness is not a destination, it’s a journey.” – Unknown

These are some examples but wisdom can be found in many cultures, traditions and religious texts. Quotes and proverbs from ancient and modern philosophers, religious leaders, and other notable figures can also be considered as nuggets of wisdom. It’s important to keep in mind that wisdom is often subjective, and what resonates with one person may not resonate with another.

One of my favorite teachers, whose identify I will disclose at the end of this article, has a great collection of ‘Pearls of Wisdom’ or what I call them as ‘Nuggets of Wisdom’. Few of those are as below:

First Nugget: IT’S JUST A MATTER OF TIME:
“It’s just a matter of time” is a phrase that suggests that something is inevitable or certain to happen in the future, and that time is the only factor that will determine its outcome. It can imply that the outcome is not within our control, but that it will happen in due course. For example, someone might say “It’s just a matter of time before we find a cure for cancer,” implying that it is not a question of if it will happen, but when it will happen.

This phrase can also be used to express that something is taking longer than expected but it will happen eventually. For example, “It’s just a matter of time before you find a job you like,” implies that it might take some time, but that the person will eventually find a job they are happy with.

It’s worth noting that this phrase is often used to express a sense of patience and optimism, suggesting that time is on our side, and that things will work out in the end. It is important to remember that time can be a powerful tool when we put things in perspective and have patience.

I went a bit deeper in this phrase and tried to catch the best of the message she was trying to convey. What I could get is it’s a wonderful mantra of life. Whether it’s a pain or a difficulty in my life, I just love to chant this line as many times as I can. Any pain, any hurdle, any difficulty, any trouble; all these are just a matter of time. The way they come, the similar way they are ought to go. That’s the reality of life. Nothing is still, constant, and forever in life; except ofcourse the supreme powers like the Sun is shining everyday, the galaxies, the universe, the truth, and so on.

Second Nugget: THERE’S NO END TO IT:
This phrase looked carrying something precious in it. When I asked her what she meant by this, it actually had a very deep meaning. She said when you are in those moments of weakness and are under influence of something harmful, you will never stop. You will keep doing it or using it. Be it smoking, rash driving, drinking, drugs, gambling, or any other kind of addiction. There’s no end to it. You can only stop it in two cases- either you die, or you yourself put a break and get out of those deadly vehicles.

Third Nugget: YOU DON’T LIVE ONLY ONCE:
She explained it like this. If you are able to acquire this condition in your life where you are able to live every moment of life MINDFULLY, then you are living a new life every moment. But the tragedy is only less than 1% of humankind is and to reach to the level. Anyways, you must keep trying and trying to reach close to it.

Well, these Nuggets of Wisdom are by none other than the best teacher of my life that’s TIME.
