W3 Prompt #129: Wea’ve Written Weekly

Here’s my take:

They met in lines that never curved nor bent,
Two strangers caught in moments thin as air.
A glance, a word—connection’s accident—
They built a bridge from silence, unaware.

In fractured time, they walked on jagged ground,
A landscape made of glass and shifting stone.
Their laughter soared, though echoes made no sound,
Each step toward the other, still alone.

One vanished like a whisper in the night,
A shadow split, a prism bent and cracked.
But memory, like thread in constant flight,
Kept binding what the world could not retract.

In distance now, their friendship still collides,
A mirrored dance where space and time divide.
