leaves falling slowly  
leaves turning gold  
gold in the sunlight  
gold in my hands  
hands reaching upward  
hands letting go  
go with the wind  
go with the season  
season of change  
season of letting  
letting the warmth fade  
letting the light dim  
dim autumn mornings  
dim harvest moon  
moon through bare branches  
moon through my window  
window frames silence  
window frames longing  
longing for summer  
longing for warmth  
warmth in the memories  
warmth in the heart  
heart holds the moments  
heart holds the love  
love like September  
love like the turning  
turning of pages  
turning of time  
time moves like water  
time moves like breath  
breath in the cool air  
breath in the mist  
mist rising gently  
mist rising soft  
soft autumn whispers  
soft autumn rain  
rain on the windows  
rain on the earth  
earth growing quiet  
earth growing still  
still in the evening  
still in the peace  
peace in the letting  
peace in the flow  
flow like the river  
flow like the years
